VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

' From Awareness to The Best Practice '

MRI Safety In Clinical Virtual Conference  will be held to to improve the current surveillances of MRI facilities and increase MRI safety cultures in Malaysia. In this event, the medical practitioners who work in MRI environment will be gathering and sharing the incidents that have occurred in MRI room and the good practice that have been done at their facilities as an effort  to overcome them from repeated. Participants are encourage to submit abstracts regarding any  incidents that had happened and any improvement that had been done at their MRI facilities, In addition, new topics related to the safety of of medical implants, standard procedures and incident reporting systems in line with current developments at the international level will be presented by qualified speakers in the program. In 2019, the ‘MRI Safety In Clinical Practice (MRSICP)’ course was held successfully at the Faculty of Medicine successfully and received a very encouraging response. Therefore, by organizing this conference and collaboration with Ministry of Health (MOH), the awareness of MRI Safety among the medical practitioners can be enhanced throughout Malaysia.
